Thermohydraulic solar system
The SUN thermohydraulic solar system, at natural or at forced circulation, produces hot water all year long and can be used with very great advantage also in the heating of rooms where floor radiant systems (low temperature) are used.
The SUN thermohydraulic solar system at natural circulation, operates by exploiting the physical principle of natural circulation through which the exchanger liquid contained in solar panels is heated by solar power, becoming more lightweight. Thus, it naturally rises in the tank (150/250 liters) mounted above the solar panels. This heats the water contained in the tank, without requiring pumps or electrical systems. This is an extremely high-yield system because it is constructed using the top technology available today and in respect of EEC norms.
In the SUN thermohydraulic solar system at forced circulation, the circulation of the exchanger liquid is possible thanks to a magnetic coupling pump, supplied by a photovoltaic panel, which determines a flow that is proportional to solar intensity.
Even when it’s cold, the system is able to produce hot or pre-heated water. The boiler of the existing thermal system will eventually heat the water with a small integration until the desired temperature.
The SUN selective panels, which have an absorber made of selective copper-titanium, have an average life of over 25 years. The framework is made entirely out of pre-painted aluminum, thus offering an extremely high heat-insulation factor. It also features parallel copper inner pipes, and special ultra-clear solar glass that is tempered and reflection- proof.
The SUN solar boiler is made of enameled steel and comes with a cleaning and inspection flange, internal stratified, protective magnesium anode, insulation made of polyurethane that is injected with any Freon and colored aluminum finish. It comes complete with thermohydraulic safety guarding.
The SUN thermohydraulic solar system is supplied in kits to ensure quick and easy installation.
